RistoFante yesterday and today, Titta Manzini and his partner Silvia Valoti (he cares of the cuisine and she looks after the wine list and the service) started their experience along the Italian fine cuisine, in Ponteranica, in an unknown building in Bergamo hills. In 1992, after few culinary experiences, this was the way to start. After 7 years, the news: Titta and Silvia felt ready to start, ready to make the big step. They left Ponteranica to move to Alzano Lombardo, a small village in Val Seriana, where they decided to buy and refurbish antique building. Today RistoFante is still there, with its beautiful dining rooms for the winter and the romantic garden for the Summer.
Our cuisine
Titta’s cuisine based on fresh ingredients, vegetables and fish; all of these are fresh and different for each season. His “Must”? Preserve the traditions, lighten and adapt them to the modern times. The guest should not feel like in a museum.
